His voice is deep with heavy bass. It’s gravelly and he shows little emotion in his speech. In the newest movie (Batman vs. Superman), it’s a voice changer in his mask that alters his voice. However, in the earlier ones it just seems Bruce Wayne talks all crazy deep (as described above) while in the Batman suit/mask. Think about it any way that makes you comfortable but the point is that Batman speaks low and raspy.
