What the heck is the running man challenge? Well, it’s basically a dance that started on the internet. Two high school kids, bored in one of their classes decided to make a short video with them doing the running man dance they invented. Some college basketball players saw this Instagram post and created their version of the dance. Their video went viral and they made it all the way to the Ellen show talking about and showing off their moves. The good news is that it’s easy to do.
