Today is Monday May 29th and ALB Tech will be CLOSED in observance of Memorial Day 2017! We will resume normal operating hours tomorrow. Sorry for the inconvenience – see you tomorrow RVA!
In cased you missed the announcement last week or this recent news post, ALB Tech Mechanicsville has closed permanently. Not to worry folks, the Fan shop will remain open and operating. Why did we close the Mechanicsville shop? 2 main reasons. 1.) Our lease was up and 2.) the owner of the property put it on the market for sale for a LOT of money. If you need help in the process of property marketing, go to newconceptproperties.com. They will help you publicize your rental home with a proven combination of marketing techniques. Our rent would skyrocket (if offered) at the end of a new term. It didn’t make sense for us to renew unfortunately. We love Mechanicsville and our Mechanicsville location so it is definitely a sad goodbye.
Nevertheless, today is Memorial day and our Fan shop will be closed also.
