A Mechanicsville Computer Repair Shop Story – Part 2

The first order of business for 8150 Mechanicsville Turnpike to become ALB Tech We fix Computers would have to be the frontage.  The clean looking Hearth and Home Shoppe at 8154 as well as Pioneer Realty at 8154 offered stark contrast to 8150’s dilapidated asphalt, untrimmed hedges, and giant dying tree – right in the middle of the parking lot!  Check out the pics below.

Adam pulled the hedges himself, but we knew we needed a professional to pull that large tree – it was just TOO big to mess around with.  Computer repair technicians are GREAT at fixing iPhones, Macs, PC’s, and laptops, but tree removal requires a different toolbox all together.   Adam also took a stab at an even more daunting task – asphalt removal.  If you’ve never tried it, here’s the deal:  it’s back-breaking labor.  Using a giant pry bar and sledgehammer, Adam banged away for days eventually getting Jamie to take a few swings as well.  Hours and hours of sweating away in the hot Virginia summer resulted in several square yards of progress, but alas, there was a whole SECOND layer underneath!  Time to call professionals.  Here are some more pictures of the pavement and tree removal.
